Hi friends!
Here are some common questions and answers about the glass ducks.

  • When will you reopen commissions?
    I will reopen more commission slots in summer 2024 (first-come, first-served).

  • What if my T-shirt doesn't fit?
    T-shirts are final sale and I do not accept returns, so please check the size guide from the manufacturer in the product listing! If there is a defect in the T-shirt you receive, please let me know within 2 days of delivery, and we can work out a replacement!

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for the payment of all custom and duty fees, when applicable.
  • What is the cheaper shipping option for mancala ducks?
    If you are only buying individual mancala ducks (any number), and would like ~$4-$8 untracked shipping instead of ~$8-$18 shipping, please email me after you place your order (jackie@jackielovenart.com). I will refund you the shipping difference and ship them in a card stock envelope. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose this option, I will be unable to refund you if the duckies get lost or damaged in the mail, because I am unable to track that mail and it won’t be in a secure box.
  • What happens if my package is returned to sender?
    Please make sure to enter the right address before you order. Packages returned to me will be subject to a re-delivery fee.
  • What happens if my glass duck arrives broken in the mail?
    I try my very best to package ducks so that this won't happen, but if it does, just let me know within 2 days of receiving your package. Please save the pieces of glass only if it is safe for you to do so- with the type of glass I use, I can often put pieces back together! Email me at jackie@jackielovenart.com, and I will pay for the shipping back to me and repair your duck for free.

  • What happens if I accidentally break my glass duck?
    I know that things happen sometimes! Email me at jackie@jackielovenart.com- if you're able to help me cover shipping costs, I will do the first repair for free!
